This wine is made with organic and biodynamic grapes, grown in our vineyard at Finca Nuna, Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. Each variety reflects our great respect for nature, thanks to the rich biodiversity of the vineyard.
These are wines free of tampering and additives, that ferment spontaneously thanks to their native yeasts. Because of this, we are proud to make our SOBRENATURAL wine line, whose only ingredient is grape!
Sobrenatural BONARDA
Hailing from our organic, biodynamic vineyard at Finca Nuna in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, this 100% bonarda wine starts spontaneous fermentation thanks to its native yeasts. It has natural acidity and is unclarified, making it certified vegan. Our Nuna malbec looks intense in the glass, a violet-red color with medium depth. It expresses its simple, floral, and fruity character in the nose. You can taste its natural acidity, juicy red fruit profile, and medium persistence in your mouth. That is why we recommend our organic, biodynamic malbec for palates that enjoy medium-bodied and fruity-profiled reds that are versatile for accompanying various dishes.
Sobrenatural RED WINE
Made with grapes from our organic, biodynamic vineyard at Finca Nuna, in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, this blend of Tannat and Malbec starts spontaneous co-fermentation thanks to its native yeasts. It’s 100% natural wine without added sulfites and with only one ingredient: biodynamic grapes. It has natural acidity and is unclarified, making it certified vegan. Our Sobrenatural red wine looks intense in the glass with its ruby red color and high depth. It expresses its strong character in the nose, reminiscent of black fruit and figs. It enters the palate voluptuously, confirming its fruity, juicy character, somewhat tannic and of long persistence. That is why we feel that our organic, biodynamic, natural red wine is ideal for avid and curious palates that enjoy medium-to-high complexity reds to harmoniously accompany stews or roasted dishes.
Sobrenatural SPARKLING
ROSÉ
For this Pet Nat (petillant naturel), we do an early harvest of Malbec and Tannat grapes from our organic, biodynamic vineyard at Finca Nuna, Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. We press each variety's whole bunches separately, and they start spontaneous fermentation thanks to their native yeasts. Then, before completing the fermentation, we bottle the base wine so that foam will form, and it finishes fermentation inside the bottle. This wine is made without added sulfites and using only one ingredient: biodynamic grapes! It has natural acidity and is unclarified and unfiltered, making it certified vegan. Sobrenatural Sparkling Rosé has an irresistible pale pink color in the glass with a delicate string of bubbles. Its expressive floral fragrance and subtle notes, reminiscent of peach skin, can be felt in the nose. It feels vibrant and fresh on the palate thanks to its natural acidity and fruity character. We love Sobrenatural Sparkling Rosé as an appetizer along with starters, light dishes, or effusive after-dinner chats.
