Estate Selection MALBEC

This wine comes from a selection of small agroecological vines planted in different calcareous soils of Gualtallary, Paraje Altamira, and Los Chacayes in Uco Valley, Mendoza. Malbec grapes, once destemmed, enter steel tanks where they begin spontaneous fermentation thanks to their native yeasts. It has natural acidity and is unclarified, making it certified vegan. Then, around 70% of the wine is aged in barrels and used foudres, while the remaining 30% is aged in natural concrete pools. Our Estate Selection Malbec looks intense in the glass, with a ruby red color and medium-high depth. It expresses its complex, fruity character with subtle balsamic notes in the nose. In the mouth, it shows its red fruit profile and medium persistence. That's why we recommend our Estate Selection Malbec for palates that enjoy medium-high complexity, full-bodied red wines, ideal for accompanying various dishes.

Estate Selection RED BLEND

Our Red Blend is made with a blend of red grapes (Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc) from a selection of small agroecological vines planted in various calcareous soils of Paraje Altamira and Gualtallary in Uco Valley, Mendoza. Our red blend grapes begin spontaneous fermentation thanks to their native yeasts. It has natural acidity and is unclarified , making it certified vegan. After composing the blend, which varies in each vintage, the entire wine is aged in second and third-use barrels. Our Estate Selection Red Blend looks intense in the glass, with a garnet red color and medium-high depth. It expresses its complex character in the nose with aromatic intensity reminiscent of black fruit, flowers, and undergrowth. It arrives boldly on the palate with a profile of black fruit and notes of forest floor. Its persistence is medium-high and creamy. Our blend from the Uco Valley is an excellent companion for palates that enjoy medium-high complexity and full-bodied red wines, ideal for accompanying various dishes.

Estate Selection CABERNET
SAUVIGNON

This wine comes from a selection of agroecological vines, planted on calcareous soil in Gualtallary, Uco Valley, Mendoza. Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, once destemmed, enter steel tanks where they begin spontaneous fermentation thanks to their native yeasts. It has natural acidity and is unclarified, making it certified vegan. This wine undergoes aging for one year in new and used French oak barrels. Our Estate Selection Cabernet Sauvignon looks intense in the glass, with a purplish-red color and high depth. It expresses its complex character in the nose, with aromatic intensity reminiscent of juicy black fruit and spices. It arrives powerfully on the palate with complex aromas of dark chocolate, green pepper, and balsamic notes. Due to its long persistence, we recommend our Cabernet Sauvignon from Gualtallary for palates that enjoy high complexity and full-bodied red wines, ideal for accompanying red meats, mature cheeses, and all kinds of hearty dishes.

Estate Selection TORRONTÉS

Our Torrontés comes from a selection of small agroecological vines planted in various calcareous soils of Los Chacayes and Gualtallary in Uco Valley, Mendoza. The grapes used for this Torrontés, once pressed as a whole bunch, begin to ferment spontaneously thanks to their native yeasts. It has natural acidity and is unclarified, making it certified vegan. The aging process takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by a brief passage through used barrels. Our Estate Selection Torrontés has a golden color and subtle turbidity in the glass. It expresses its primary character in the nose: floral and fruity, reminiscent of peach and muscat grape. In your mouth, you can taste its natural acidity along with its floral profile, reminiscent of jasmine and white peach. Estate Selection Torrontés is an ideal companion as an aperitif and with appetizers and light dishes.

Estate Selection CHARDONNAY

Our Chardonnay comes from a selection of small agroecological vines, planted in various calcareous soils of Uco Valley, Mendoza. The grapes used for this Chardonnay, once pressed as a whole bunch, start spontaneous fermentation thanks to their native yeasts. It has natural acidity and is unclarified, making it certified vegan. This wine is aged for about a year in concrete eggs and later in used oak barrels. In the glass, our Estate Selection Chardonnay has a clear and bright golden yellow color with greenish reflections and some oiliness. It expresses its complex, fruity, and citrusy character in the nose. In your mouth, you can taste its natural acidity and white fruit profile, reminiscent of pear and pineapple, amalgamated by a subtle woody touch. Estate Selection Chardonnay is an ideal companion as an aperitif and with fresh, vegetable or seafood dishes with citrus dressings.
