Our single-plot wines reflect even the smallest nuances of a place, of a vintage, and of the symbiotic relationship between nature and us, the winegrowers.

It represents our ongoing work to highlight the uniqueness of each estate and plot, a uniqueness that–as always–comes from agroecological viticulture, which is respectful of natural balance and minimal intervention enology.

This way, we can create unique, unconventional wines that honor special terroirs: singular, for everyone.

Singular TORRONTÉS MACERADO

For our orange wine, we select vineyards from well-known producers in Gualtallary, Paraje Altamira, and El Peral in the Uco Valley. Torrontés grapes start spontaneous fermentation thanks to their native yeasts. They undergo aging and maceration in contact with their skins, inside concrete eggs where they stay for about 8 months, depending on each vintage. With natural acidity, unclarified (certified vegan) and unfiltered, it preserves all its characteristics and complexity. In the glass it exhibits a deep, turbid amber color. Its exuberant aroma reaches the nose with notes of citrus, herbs, and yeast. On the palate, it enters vibrant and refreshing, displaying an unusual fruity acidity and wild pétillant. Thus, it results in a wine just as effusive as it is ideal as an aperitif and an accompaniment for fresh seafood dishes.

Singular CABERNET FRANC

On cool March mornings, we harvest grapes by hand from a plot that stands out due to its 65-cm-deep subsurface of carbonate stones, at our certified biodynamic vineyard, Finca Nuna in Agrelo, Mendoza. These Cabernet Franc grapes, once destemmed, enter concrete tanks where they start spontaneous fermentation thanks to their native yeasts. With natural acidity and unclarified (certified vegan), they are usually aged for 18 months in German oak barrels without being toasted. Our Agrelo Cabernet Franc looks intense in the glass, with a deep red color, violet tones, and high depth. It expresses its complex, yet elegant character in the nose: fruity, floral, spicy, with balsamic notes. In your mouth you can taste its natural acidity, black fruit profile reminiscent of figs, and lasting persistence. That's why we recommend our organic, biodynamic Singular Cabernet Franc for palates that enjoy full-bodied, highly complex red wines, ideal for accompanying various dishes.

Los Cedros MALBEC

Our organic Malbec from Paraje Altamira looks intense in the glass, with a purplish-red color and medium-high depth. It expresses its complex, yet elegant character in the nose: fruity and somewhat mineral, with subtle balsamic notes. In your mouth you can taste its natural acidity, black fruit profile reminiscent of figs, and lasting persistence. That's why we recommend our organic Los Cedros Malbec for palates that enjoy medium-high complexity, full-bodied red wines, ideal for accompanying various dishes.
