It’s the name that represents our vision of agriculture for the future. Through our search for a more natural, authentic way of making wine, we also promote the integration of human beings, the soil, and the biological world in which we participate.

These wines are the result of our deep commitment to the vision of the vineyard as an ecosystem, as well as the use of organic and biodynamic practices. These practices respect the biological cycles of the vines and the preservation of our soils, allowing them to express their identity with purity. Nuna MALBEC

Originating from our organic, biodynamic vineyard at Finca Nuna, Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, this 100% Malbec wine begins spontaneous fermentation thanks to its native yeasts. It has natural acidity and is unclarified, making it certified vegan. Our Nuna Malbec looks intense in the glass, with a reddish-purple color and medium depth. It expresses its simple, floral, and fruity character in the nose, while in your mouth, you can feel its fresh natural acidity, juicy red fruit profile, and medium persistence. That’s why we recommend our organic, biodynamic Malbec for palates that enjoy medium-bodied, fruity red wines that can accompany various dishes.

Nuna BONARDA

Originating from our organic, biodynamic vineyard at Finca Nuna, Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, this 100% bonarda wine begins spontaneous fermentation thanks to its native yeasts. It has natural acidity and is unclarified, making it certified vegan. Our Nuna Bonarda looks intense in the glass, with a reddish-purple color and medium depth. It expresses its interesting floral, fruity, and balsamic character in the nose, while in your mouth, you can perceive its fresh, natural acidity, juicy black fruit profile, and medium persistence. Nuna SYRAH

Nuna RED BLEND

Made with a blend of red grapes (Tannat, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec) from our organic, biodynamic vineyard at Finca Nuna, Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. This red blend starts its spontaneous fermentation thanks to its native yeasts. It has natural acidity and is unclarified, making it certified vegan. After blending the different varieties, which vary in each vintage, the wine is briefly aged in 500-liter third-use barrels. Our Red Blend is intense, with high depth and a violet-red color. It expresses a complex, fruity, slightly spicy, and balsamic character in the nose, while in the mouth it showcases its natural acidity, juicy black fruit profile, and intense persistence. For these reasons, we recommend our Nuna Tetrada organic, biodynamic wine for palates that enjoy medium-to-high complexity full-bodied red wines, ideal to pair with stews or roasted dishes.

Nuna WHITE
BLEND

This white blend, made with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier grapes that vary each vintage, comes from our organic, biodynamic vineyard at Finca Nuna, Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. The wine starts its spontaneous fermentation thanks to its native yeasts. It has natural acidity and is unclarified, making it certified vegan. In the glass, our white blend reflects a young and yellowish tone with greenish reflections. It expresses a floral and fruity character with subtle bakery notes in the nose, while in the mouth it showcases natural acidity, citrus profile, and medium complexity. Nuna White is an ideal companion for appetizers, delicate dishes, and rich after-dinner chats.

Nuna ROSÉ

For this rosé, we do an early harvest of Malbec, Tannat, and Syrah in each vintage from our organic, biodynamic vineyard at Finca Nuna, Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. We press, macerate, and ferment (spontaneously with its native yeasts) each variety separately, and then blend them to compose this fresh assemblage, which varies in each vintage. It is unclarified, making it certified vegan. Our Nuna rosé has an irresistible, delicate Provence-style pale pink color in the glass. It has an expressive floral fragrance in the nose, with subtle notes of forest fruits. In your mouth you can taste its natural acidity, and simple, fruity character. We love Nuna rosé from sunset-on or as an aperitif with appetizers, light dishes, or accompanying those pending conversations we’re all awaiting.

Nuna BRUT

Our brut is made with a blend of white grapes (Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier) from our organic, biodynamic vineyard at Finca Nuna, Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. The base wine starts its spontaneous fermentation thanks to its native yeasts. Our blanc de blancs, made using the traditional champenoise method, is the only Demeter-certified sparkling wine in Argentina. It looks crystal-clear in the glass, with a subtle golden tone and a fine string of bubbles. Its expressive, floral, fruity aroma is reminiscent of white fruits, with bakery notes. It showcases its fresh acidity, creamy effervescence, and medium complexity on the palate. Nuna Brut is an ideal companion for aperitifs, light meals, and final toasts.
