Our biodynamic farm, located south of the Mendoza River with the Cordón del Plata to the west, covers some eighty hectares of vineyards that are integrated into a rich biodiversity of flora and fauna; at a height of 960 meters above sea level; with a pleasant, sunny, dry climate and a favorable thermal amplitude, it has a water reservoir for drip irrigation, which comes from the mountain where ducks, herons, fish and frogs coexist; two hectares of community gardens, olive groves, fruit trees and farm animals such as sheep, goats, chickens and pigs. Likewise, in recent years we have planted plots with various crops such as alfalfa, vetches, rye, wheat, etc. partly for animal feed and compost nutrients; on the other hand, between rows of vines there is a garden of aromatic and homeopathic plants that are used for our biodynamic preparations.

The first vines were planted in 2002 on silty loam soil, with deep sandy-loam patches in North-South orientation, using trellis conduction. In terms of grape varieties, we have mainly Malbec, Bonarda, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tannat, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Thus, while we are convinced that our wines are born in the vineyard, we grow healthy, rich and vibrant grapes that, vintage after vintage, are the soul of our Nuna and SobreNatural wines.
